Take your time and be accurate. Databases only work when the information entered is accurate. You can edit the data entered, so please double check everything before leaving this page.
CLASS: Very important when matching your student in the database to their full class photos
Childs Name: Use the name that is in the school records. Matching name and class to the photos is then much easier.
EMAIL ADDRESS: This is YOUR (PARENTS) email. Please type it very carefully, and double check it. This Email address should remain the same for all of your children.
If you have multiple children enter them in one at a time by clicking on the "Add Another Child" button.
